Tami & Wayne's Hideaway: Bedroom And Bathroom Renovation

In the past few months Active Home Centre has had the pleasure of working with Tami and Wayne on their journey to turn their living space into a haven of tranquillity. 

From Darkness to Light: The Bedroom Transformation

The couple started with their bedroom, a space that initially felt dark and uninspiring. Their goal was clear: create a room that was both relaxing and comfortable, a place to unwind after a long day. 

After visiting Active Home Centre and being inspired in store, soft shades of cream and beige emerged as the primary colours, chosen to enhance the room's brightness and evoke a sense of calm. They opted for a plush, upholstered bed with a tufted headboard, which became the focal point of the room. Its soft grey colour seamlessly blended with the chosen palette while providing a luxurious and inviting place to rest.

Introducing an Outdoor Oasis

Recognizing the importance of connecting with nature, Tami and Wayne expanded their vision beyond the confines of a typical bedroom. They created an outdoor oasis, a small area designed exclusively for relaxation. This space featured french patterned floor tiles, with softly coloured wall tiles, a ledgestone accent wall and even a small tub, evoking a spa-like ambiance where they could unwind. 

Surrounded by greenery and carefully curated decor, this outdoor retreat has become their go-to spot for peaceful evenings and quiet mornings, seamlessly blending the indoors with the outdoors.

The Bathroom of Dreams

One of the highlights of their renovation journey was the transformation of their bathroom. Driven by a desire for a space that exuded luxury and functionality, they spared no effort in selecting the finest tiles and bathroom accessories.

What truly set their renovation apart was the attention to detail and the seamless integration of design elements throughout their home. From the calming bedroom to the rejuvenating outdoor oasis and the luxurious bathroom, every space reflected their vision of a tranquil and inviting sanctuary.
