Customer Care Associate
The Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing quality administrative and customer service support for the Retail Sales Department. The Customer Care Associate will work in conjunction with the Warehouse Department Management Team (Warehouse A, B & Dunrobin location) to provide speedy and satisfactory solutions to all customer related issues and to monitor and ensure that on time deliveries/transfers are maintained throughout the day.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor “to be collected” file
- Make daily telephone calls to customers who are past “seven days” collection to confirm pick-up date.
- Coordinate with warehouse when clients are coming to collect to ensure items are picked and ready.
- Arrange and schedule invoices for next day pick-up
- Create and provide reports where required
- Assist Customer Relationship Manager in managing the operations of the customer pick up room Provide support in managing the Retail Sales Social Media Accounts
- Provide support to the Customer Service Coordinator for the Appliance Department
- Handles complaints related to products and conducts investigations to ascertain primary issue (application or factory fault), record appropriate information in customer complaint log. Keep the Customer Relationship Manager abreast of complaints especially those not yet resolved
Qualification & Requirements
- Associate Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Management or Accounting
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative in a retail environment
- Experience in Retail Sales and Interior Design/Decoration is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word and Excel)
- Sound problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, responsive, flexible and co-operative
