Customer Service Coordinator - Appliance

The Customer Service Coordinator- Appliance will ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently managing inquiries, resolving issues and providing technical sales support throughout the customer journey.

The successful candidate will also provide administrative support for the Retail Sales Department and coordinate deliveries with the Warehouse Department in addition to handling warranty claims and service issues.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Planning and scheduling the installation and servicing of appliances with Technicians and Customers
  • Prepare service work orders
  • Assist the Sales Manager with stock management for parts and prepare orders
  • Provide after-sales-service by following up with delivery and service technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handling all warranty-related task
  • Monitor damaged items and ensure that they are returned and recorded appropriately.

      Qualification & Requirements 

      • A Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution.
      • At least two years’ experience working in retail sales and service environment.
      • Experience in handling claims, appliance installation and logistics coordination would be an asset
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Excellent customer service skills
      • Experience in using Microsoft Suite
      • Good problem solving, analytical and multitasking skills
