Customer Service Representative
The selected candidate is responsible for providing customers a winning shopping experience through an efficient and quick sales service according to established principles and standards. The individual should be energetic, honest, sales and solution-oriented, courteous and have excellent numeric skills and able to pay keen attention to details.
Other duties/responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop new business sales opportunities and provide quality products and sales service to clients to maximize customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the construction and designing industry would be an asset.
- Experience in marketing and selling Home Finishing Products such as Flooring, Plumbing Supplies, Lighting Fixtures, Fans and Bathroom Fixtures would be an asset.
Qualification & Skills
- Associate Degree/Diploma in Business or Marketing or Accounting or minimum two (2) year related experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Excellent human relations, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written-communication skills for a demanding and customer oriented work setting.
- Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment whilst ensuring quality output.
- Computer knowledge particularly Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and ability to learn Active Home Ltd.’s business system
- The individual must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and occasionally different locations and out of town when needed.
