Montego Bay: Retail Sales Coordinator
Active Home Centre, Jamaica’s leading retailer for home finishing products with showrooms in Kingston and Montego Bay, seeks an experienced candidate to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing a full range of Retail Sales functions including but not limited to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining a good customer relationship.
Duties & Responsibilities

Timely processing of sales orders by reviewing the orders, verifying the accuracy, correct prices, discounts and product details while reducing customer wait time

Processing/approving credit notes as required

Providing senior support to the rest of the leadership team in overseeing the day to day sales and customer care functions while ensuring acceptable standards and expectations are met

Supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction
Qualification & Skills

Passionate about customer experience, with strong interpersonal skills

An understanding and can perform accounting functions

Associate Degree/Diploma in business or related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution

Experience operating in a fast paced retail environment with similar business structure would be an asset

Proven written and verbal communication skills

Independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action

Demonstrated ability in managing complex and evolving situations
