Retail Store Supervisor
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the Leadership Team in supervising the day to day operations of the Branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness while maximizing customer opportunities. Consistently interacting with customer and sales agents and provide strategic support to the Customer Relationship Team ensuring customer satisfaction. Work in collaboration with Team lead in store branding and marketing initiatives and provide feedback to Branch Managers as it relates to growth of brand, ultimately branch.
Other duties/responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide Support to the Retail Store Management team in carrying out administrative functions, such as but not limited to.
- Order processing, reviewing, approving invoices as specified and authorized.
- Assist the CSR’s by responding to email queries, requests and orders
- Daily start-up and closing tasks such as:
- Daily preparing the store for operations eg starting Computers, Point-of-Sale Machines and other equipment.
- Ensuring work stations are in proper functional order; report to IT and follow through on matters where required
- Ensuring Manpower planning takes place
- Routinely monitoring the Pick-up area in to ensure Customers are being assisted in a timely basis.
- Dissemination of information to staff.
- Provides assistance in ensuring that department is in-stock, and all products are signed, correctly tagged and displayed.
- Conduct the Training and developmental activities for all new recruits as required.
- Ensures that product information, including warranties and maintenance are clearly communicated to the Customer as required.

- Degree/Diploma in Business or Marketing
- A minimum 3 years related experience as a Senior Sales Representative for similar organization.
- Excellent human relations, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written-communication skills for a demanding and customer oriented work setting.
- Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment whilst ensuring quality output.
- Computer knowledge particularly Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and ability to learn Active Home Ltd.’s business system.
- The individual must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and occasionally different locations and out of town when needed.
